I am very satisfied with the performance and features of the product. I have two golden retrievers and a cat, and I have not had any tangled fur. This product is truly excellent! I highly recommend it.

Portability: heavy
First time buyer of robotic vacuum/mop. Floor is very clean after the vacuum & mop. It's an excellent machine and saves a lot of time. Mopping floor manually is a health hazard due to its slippery nature. This machine addresses that problem.
Con- equipment is heavy and needs to be carried upstairs to clean that area. Small spaces cannot be cleaned as robot is quiet big. Hopefully Ecovacs can make the robot smaller and doesn't require the whole equipment to be carried upstairs in future upgrades.

Beli pd 17/7/24, review setelah hampir 2minggu. Sgt puas hati. Bekerja seperti sepatutnya. Mop dibersih di station juga agak bersih. Bila cuci dgn sabun,dan diberus tiada keladak dr mop. Vacuum menyedut cukup kuat. Happy purchase!
